It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pamela J. Lutz of Washington, Illinois, born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on October 28, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Frost and Barbara Frost (Milligan); her husband Delbert Lutz; her birth father Larry Winchell Sr.; and her sister Carla Quarello.
She is survived by: her former husband Randy Keyes; her children, Stephanie Thompson (Chad) of Pekin, Michael Keyes of Chillicothe and Chris Keyes (Jenny) of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Brady Keyes, Kayte Keyes, Abigail Keyes of Oklahoma, Jayce Burt, Hayden Thompson, Halle Thompson, Nathan Dunn of Pekin and Ruby Keyes of Lacon; her great grandchild Dennis Olson of Oklahoma; and her siblings, Larry Winchell (Debra) of Wisconsin, Matthew Winchell of Wisconsin, Jay Winchell (Marisa) of Utah and Dawn Keyes (Ralph). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
