He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Ruggles and Marjorie Ruggles (Richards). He is survived by: his wife Candace "Candy" Isaac; his children, Michael Ruggles of Tuscola and Teresa Wienke of El Reno, Oklahoma; his stepsons, Danny and Jimmy Buckingham; his grandchildren, Douglas, Heather, Kristin, Tiana, Brittany, Amber, Jimmy, Elizabeth, Andrew and Jacob; and his brother Robert Ruggles.
