It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Margie Toon of Washington, Illinois, born in Fancy Farm, Kentucky, who passed away on September 3, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Bertram and Alma B. Burgess Shanks; her children, Patricia Carol Toon and Timmy Toon; and her stepfather William Toon.
She is survived by: her husband James "Rudy" Toon; her children, James Toon (Sandra), Lisa Wood (Butch), Lyndal Toon (Sheila), Michael Toon, Linda Caudle (Scott) and Scott Toon (Heather); and her sisters, Shirley Hobbs (Gene) and Phyllis Thompson. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter.
Social distancing and face coverings will be observed.
