Sailor; his children, Darrell Howard (Lisa) of Washington and Cheryl Buchanan (Greg) of Manhattan, KS; his grandchildren, Jacob (Britney), Jordan, Jared Howard, Rachel and Caleb Buchanan; his great grandchildren, Scarlett, Myla, Wyatt Austin, Ruth and Marley Howard; and his sister JoAnne Cook.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Washington Christian Church or a charity of the donor's choice.
