He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Archie and O'Linda Susan Just Lyons; his wife Gisela Haschke; his daughter Crystal Ann Lyons; and his sister Ethel Forsberg.
He is survived by: his children, Lory Sandberg of Washington, Debbie Leal (Lee) of Austin, TX, Heidi Crumrine (Scott) of Washington, Molly Gray (Chuck) of Peoria and Archie Lyons (Tom Coy) of Germantown Hills; his grandchildren, Shirley, Ivan Sandberg, Moriah, Timothy, Isaac, Amos Crumrine, Danielle, Rachel Gray and Lincoln Coy; his great grandchildren, Tanner and Noah Sandberg; and his brother Dave Lyons (Janis). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Faith Lutheran Church.
