It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joel Toms of Washington, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on October 7, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Toms and Pearls Bures Toms. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Gresham of Washington and Cindy Scott (James) of Mattoon, IL.. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
