Armstrong Harlan; his wife Joyce Phegley of Washington; his sons, Joshua Harlan (Susan), Jeremy Harlan and Jeffrey Harlan (Vilay); his grandchildren, Jacob, Lily Harlan, Carter, Emry and Eve Harlan; his sister Diane Ginther (Bob); his siblings-in-law, Delores Cole (Greg Holmes) and Roy Phegley (Kathy); his nieces and nephews, Ronda Long (Jason), Jojo Cole, Geni Randle (Vinnie), Chad Phegley (Susan), Lisa Phegley and Angela Fuller (Mike); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Laney Long, Lexi Long, Scott Edmondson, Jessica Edmondson, Taya Randle, Kallie Randle, Kalyssa Randle, McKayla Marshall, Jessica Phegley, Jordan Phegley, Amber Hood, Alissa Hood, Mike Fuller and Ashley Fuller.
