James Barrow Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Barrow of Washington, Illinois, who passed away on July 25, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Olene Barrow and James Edmon Barrow. He is survived by: his wife Elvira Hicks of Golden Pond, KY; his sister Mary E. Barrow; his daughters, Rita Byard (Kim) of Morton, IL and Julie Zehr (Stan); and his grandchildren, Jared Byard (Megan) of East Peoria, IL, Lisa Byard of Eureka, IL, Brad Zehr of Eureka, IL, Laura Zehr of Eureka, IL and Matthew Zehr of Eureka, IL. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Illinois Chapter of Campers on Mission or the Southern Baptist Disaster Relief.
