He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth and Dorothy McGilvary Smith Jr.; and his brother Gregory. He is survived by: his wife Paula J. Kelley; his children, Annette Kanaga (Brad) of Washington, Sandra Green (Terry) of Schertz, TX, Donald Smith of Washington and Richard Smith (Stephanie) of Washington; his grandchildren, Sean Smith (Crystal), Logan Green (Erika), T. J. Green (Shaylene) of Texas, Brooke Riley (Brandon) and Courtney (Dustin Falco) of Washington, IL.; and his siblings, Mary Schierer (Steve) of Metamora, David and Steven. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
