He was predeceased by: his parents, James D. Osborn and Susie V. Madry Osborn; his former wife Glenna Mitchell; and his granddaughter Tracy. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Frainer (Mitchell); his children, Rick, Tim (Tara), Steve Osborn (Kathy) and Vicki Paulsell (Robert); his siblings, Ron Osborn (Diana), Mary Wales (Charles) and Brenda Hyland (Walter); and his pets, Turbo and Bella. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren, several great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to New Castle Bible Church.
