It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl Kramer of Washington, Illinois, born in Spencer, Indiana, who passed away on November 27, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Kramer and Gladys Shrode Kramer; his wife Phyllis J. Hagan; his grandsons, Joseph and Richard Kramer; and his siblings, Donald Kramer and Anna Marie Shourds.
He is survived by: his sons, Steven Kramer (Laurie) of Washington and John Kramer (Debbie) of Delavan; his grandchildren, Kathryn Kramer, Anthony Kramer, Courtland Kramer, Matthew Kramer, Joshua Kramer and Nathaniel Kramer; his great grandchildren, Lanna Bickerman, Ethan Bickerman, Madison Kramer, Eli Murray and Katelyn Kramer; and his sister Jo Nell Goodman (Herbert) of Tennyson, IN..
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, there will be no public visitation or service.
