He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Leslie and Esther Learned (Wannemacher); his son-in-law Pat Kemp; and his siblings, Audrey Learned, Jerry Learned and Ken Learned.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Schildt; his children, Pam Kemp of Washington, Dan Learned (Carol) of Washington, Cindy Barton (Steve) of Washington and Dave Learned (Diane) of Sleepy Hollow; his grandchildren, Emily Kemp, Andrew Kemp, Brandon Kemp, Amy Frederick (Josh), Wes Learned (Janelle), Jessica Schricker (Grant), Ben Learned (Natalie), Chris Barton, Sam Barton, Hannah Learned, Annika Learned, Malea Learned and Sophia Learned; his great grandchildren, Titus, Zeke, Eloise, Obed Frederick, Jack and Ransom Learned; and his sister Marilyn Learned of Washington.
