She was predeceased by: her parents, George Black and Vola Nebergal Black; and her brother Stan. She is survived by: her husband Mark E. Ballinger; her children, Mark Ballinger (Kari) of Marquette Heights, IL, Inger Harrell (Thom) of Washington, IL and Ryan Ballinger (Denise) of Weatherford, TX; and her sisters, Cheryl Black (Al Krug) of Albany, OR and Georgia "Chris" Lubaroff (Saul) of Iowa City, IA.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
