He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Robert and Ruth Orelia Toon Stamper; his son Kevin; and his siblings, Mary Ruth, Michael, Freddy and Dale.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Babb; his children, Chris Stamper (Renee) of Washington, Craig Stamper (Julie) of Schaumburg and Kimberly Speerly (Jason) of Westfield, IN; his grandchildren, Brenton, Hannah, Cecilia, Abigail, Alexandra and Brooklyn; and his siblings, Sam, Bobby, Harold, Stella, Nancy, Terry, Leo, Phillip and Mary Ann.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association or to Taylor Lodge.
