He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis R. Osborn and Gladys Pray Osborn; his son Kris Osborn; and his brothers, Forrest (Jean), Robert and Richard Osborn.
He is survived by: his former wife Barbara A. Hagood; his wife Barb of Washington; his daughter Lisa Heinz (Dan) of Peoria; his grandchildren, Andy (Rachel), Brendan (Felicia) and Lexie Heinz; his daughter Courtney Junker of Washington; his grandchildren, Jacob and Emily Junker; his son Nathan Osborn (Kate) of Johnson Creek, WI; his grandchildren, Eddie, Beanie, Maisy Osborn and Kris'; his great grandchildren, Chelsea, Miranda and Teagan Osborn; his brother Larry Osborn (Mary); and his sisters-in-law, Gloria and Mauricette Osborn.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association or to Washington Christian Church.
