She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Labanowski and Catherine Labanowski (Delinski); her husband Joseph Crumrine; her parents-in-law, Chester J. and Vicky Crumrine; and her brother-in-law Steve Piasse.
She is survived by: her sons, Patrick (Michelle) of Washington, Daniel (Carrie) of Springfield, Nicholas (Sabrina) of Carman and Timothy (Lacey) of Rushville; her grandchildren, Alyssa Alfano (Frank), Brett Crumrine (Christine), Kennedy Blumenstock, Jacob Gohde, Isaac and Cecylia Crumrine; her great grandchild Scarlet; and her siblings, Donna Reaska (Don), Michael Labanowski (Elaine) and Rose Labanowski. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
