She was predeceased by: her parents, Clay Lambert and Lida Arnold Lambert; her husband Millard Wade; her son Richard; and her grandsons, Landon Wray Wade and Lance Gray Wade.
She is survived by: her children, Candy Kay Glore (Todd), Oveta Faye Wade, Kevin Clay Wade (Debra), Keith Jay Wade (Debbie) and Robin Trey Wade (Amy); and her brothers, Leo Lambert and Frankie Lambert (Marylynn). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
