He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kristensen and Adeline Kristensen (Svoboda); his brother Lee Kristensen; and his former wife Gail Kristensen (McGovern). He is survived by: his children, Teri Kristensen of Littleton, CO and Kurt Kristensen (Debbie) of Huntley, IL; his grandchildren, Trevor Kristensen (Brittany) of Crystal Lake, IL and Dana Mueller (Eric); his sisters, Lois Swatsheno and Elaine Hagen (Allen); and his close friend Deb Thompson.
