She is survived by: her parents, Charles Whalen and Beatrice Whalen (McCoy); her spouses, John Thompson (Jack) and Howard Stiefel; her children, Deborah Schromen (Ronald), John "Jeff" Thompson (Shirley), William Thompson (Theresa), James Thompson (Lynne) and Ken Thompson (Marcia); her grandchildren, Ryan Thompson (Julie), Nicholas Thompson (Lisa), Jessica Gentzel (George), Jakob Thompson (Nicole), Kelli Sekulovich (Bill), Derek Thompson (Angel), Scott Thompson (Michelle), Ashley Thompson and Natalie Thompson; and her great grandchildren, Hayden Thompson, Monica Thompson, Cooper Kopp, Ethan Thompson, Maggie Thompson, Malia Thompson, Noah Thompson, Nolan Thompson, Evelyn Thompson and Cole Thompson.
