He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Rose Lockowitz; and his siblings, Adeline, Frances, Chester, Edward and Louis.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Lockowitz (Pamela), Kathy Duffy (Bryan) and Karen Javens (Christopher); and his grandchildren, Matthew Lockowitz (Alison), Ashley Geary (Michael), Nicholas Duffy (Kelly), Patrick Duffy (Holly Markhardt), Kevin Duffy, Michelle Kuhlemeier (Jarrod), Lisa Fergus (Ryan), Brian McSweeney Jr. (Michelle), Daniel McSweeney (Chelsey) and Kristen Javens.
