He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Lee and Eleanor Lee. He is survived by: his wife Linda Lee of Troy, IL; his children, David M. Lee (Iris) and Jamie Lynn Koch (Wes); his grandchildren, Malia and Carter Koch; his siblings, Robert Lee, Raymond Lee, Michael Lee (Lisa), Jean Marie Lee and Theresa Winterhalter (Jerry); and his close friends, Virginia Obermark (Randy), Lenny Morrow (Tina) and Craig Hayes (Carol). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
