It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John P. Sheehan (Teutopolis, Illinois), who passed away on March 25, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clem Sheehan and Mary Sheehan (Hunk); his former wife Lucille Borries; his son Todd Michael; his brothers, Anthony and William; and his stepgrandsons, Dillon Krone and T. J. Jurgens.
He is survived by: his wife Carol S. Jurgens (Hemrich) of Teutopolis; his children, Kelly Meyer (Rick) of Teutopolis, Jodi Anders (Jim) of Teutopolis and John "Jay" (Amber Rose) of Effingham; his stepchildren, Thad Jurgens (Tommi) of Golconda and Amy Westfield of Savoy; his brothers, Paul of Mattoon, Sam (Mardell) of Shumway and Jim (Patti) of Danville; his sisters-in-law, Louise Sheehan of Teutopolis and Pat Sheehan of Mattoon; and his mother-in-law Lydia Hemrich of Effingham. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 6 step-grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 3 step-great-grandchildren.
