She was predeceased by: her parents, Allie Thoele and Bertha Thoele (Westendorf); her husband Leo Buenker; her siblings, Patricia (Don Siddens) and Tom (Jane Thoele); and her siblings-in-law, Art Brumleve and Helen Thoele.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Julia Wilburn (Paul) of Effingham and Dana Blazina (Nick) of Nashville, Tennessee; her great grandchild Archer Blazina of Nashville; and her siblings, Rosie Brumleve of Teutopolis and Bob Thoele of Teutopolis.
Memorial donations may be given to St. Francis Church or Meals on Wheels.
