He was predeceased by: his grandfather Charles DeLong; and his great-grandparents, Robert Young, Peggy Willoughby and Charles Willoughby. He is survived by: his parents, April Willoughby of Sumner and Adam; his brother Claude of Sumner; and his grandparents, Margaret DeLong of Sumner, Don Willoughby of Vincennes, Thresa Snider of Bicknell, Aunts and Uncles.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers donations may be made to Glasser Funeral Home to help with Funeral Expenses.
