He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Waggoner and Dorothy Lucille Waggoner (Miles); and his siblings, Dee Waggoner, Jimmy Ray 'Jim' Waggoner and Tonya Stringfellow.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Vinson; his children, Ricky Waggoner (Rhonda) of Sumner, Tammy Parker (Steve) of Lawrenceville and Darby Waggoner of Lawrenceville, Illinois; his siblings, Bill Waggoner (Carla) of Oblong, Jerry Waggoner (Margie) of Robinson, Illinois and Connie Anspaugh (Jeff) of Michigan; his grandchildren, Charles Ethan Morehead, Wyatt Waggoner, Kyanne Waggoner, Ella Waggoner and Bria Waggoner; and his great grandchildren, Kaden Land and Penelope Morehead.
