She was predeceased by: her parents, Connell Bennie Hoskins and Clara Ella Simpson; her former husband Tim Coy McCormick; her son Timothy Mark McCormick; her siblings, Charles Thomas Hoskins, Nolan Hoskins, Jennie Janette Hoskins, Sara Ray and Evelyn Barns; her siblings-in-law, Melvin "Pete" Colclasure, Bill Ray, Lindsey "Sonny" Barns, Troy "Smirt" Smith, Randy Harlin, Melvin Reynolds, Tim Weirich, Kurt Clark, William Thomas, Wyman Clark, Alice Hoskins, Janey Clark, Sue Clark, Joy Deom and Laurie Hoskins; her niece Brenda Anton; and her great-nephews, Chris Barns and Austin Franklin.
She is survived by: her husband Arthur "Sonny" Colclasure of Sullivan; her children, John McCormick of Sullivan, April Byard (Kevin) of Arcola and Darla Grimm (Cade) of Bethany; her grandchildren, Tim McCormick, Travis McCormick, Ashley Ramsey, Trevor McCormick, Colten Wolff, Kanen Byard, Alaina McCormick, Dalton McCormick, Destiny McCormick, Kaleb Byard, Chloe Grimm and Jase Grimm; her great grandchildren, Nolan Thiel, Jersey McCormick, Layton Wolff, Claire Bertolet, Aspynn Trueblood, Wyatt McCormick and Karson McCormick; and her siblings, Don, Henry, Harold, Gene, Nalen, L. A., Ralph Hoskins and Freda Weirich of Morton.
