She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gaston and Esther Gaddis Gaston; her husband Warren G. Ferguson; her daughter Janet Craig; her siblings, Thomas Gaston and Betty Sanders; and her grandson Justin Craig.
She is survived by: her son Denny Ferguson (Pete) of Bethany; her son-in-law Dean Craig of Sullivan; her grandchildren, Mick Ferguson of Findlay, Dawn Redfern (T. G.) of Lovington, Alison Freeland (Earl) of Fulton, MO, Jonathan Moody (Heather) of Kirksville, Camille Moody (Kelby Smith) of Oreana, Dena Norris (Chuck) of Lovington and Brandon Craig (Tiffany) of Painesville, OH; and her great grandchildren, Janette Comstock, Garrett Ferguson, Justin Norris, McKenzie Brown (Javon), Amaya Fox, Braden Wells, Savannah Campbell (Jesse), Fischer Moody, Gertie Moody and Kody Holder. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association or Moultrie County Historical Society.
