Born (Lee) of Golden Valley, AZ and Ann Chenoweth; her close friend Kelly Creek; her sons, Josh Born (Marissa) of Sullivan and Seth Sawyer of Sullivan; her grandchildren, Taylor Lingafelter of Sullivan and Teagan Born of Sullivan; and her brother Jerry Born of Weldon.
