He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Sullivan and Ethel Sullivan; his son-in-law Michael Capozziello; and his siblings, Hazel Murphy, John Sullivan, Frank Sullivan, Anne Umphress, Mary Madden and Buddy Sullivan.
He is survived by: his spouse Phyllis Sullivan; his children, Terri Capozziello, David Sullivan (Lynne), Danny Sullivan, Eileen Miller (Jack), Becky Burkhalter (John) and Jennie Nash (Brian); his grandchildren, Angela Capozziello, Chad Sullivan (Brittany), Cathy Capozziello, Paige Roberts (Tim), Rob Capozziello, Matt Sullivan (Blaire), Tony Capozziello (Jenny), Katee Miller, Drew Burkhalter (Taylor), Adam Miller (Ashley), Brad Burkhalter (Danielle), Nick Capozziello, Ryan Miller, Samantha Miller, Nate Nash, Patrick Burkhalter, Landon Nash, Kaelyn Joy Nash, Peter Burkhalter, Lanie Nash and Charlie Nash; his great grandchildren, Tori Curelo, Eddie Curelo, Isaac Roberts, Audrianna Capozziello, Simon Roberts, Adler Roberts, Sawyer Roberts, Liam Burkhalter, Isla Sullivan, Gus Burkhalter and Mac Burkhalter; and his siblings, Judy Baldi, Chick Kirk, Peg Bachelder, Kathy Montanese and Tim Sullivan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Phyllis Sullivan for the needs of the family.
