He was predeceased by: his siblings, Josue David, Elizabeth David and Gloria David. He is survived by: his wife Neida (Figueroa); his children, Rosalina (Adrian Figueroa), Efrain Jr. (Claudine Simoncelli), Damaris and Ruben (Jackelyn Flores); and his grandson Gabriel.
