He was predeceased by: his parents, Aloysius Kutza and Estelle Kutza; his brother John Kutza DC (Maryann); and his cousin Matthew. He is survived by: his sister Elizabeth (late Mac McCormick); and his cousins, Mary, Patricia, Michael, Peter, Greg, Chris, Bruce and Elise.
