He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Cathy Pope (Charles), Steven Schiller, Greg Schiller, Laura Gehling (Terry) and Lauren Schiller-Morten; his grandchildren, Nicole, Samantha, Michael, Kyle, Nicholas and Autumn; his great grandchildren, Natalie, Leah, Bradley, Caleb and Bonnie; his parents, Joseph Schiller and Bernadetta Schiller; and his siblings, Virginia, Patricia, Rosemary and Lenny. He was also cherished by family and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory (1640 S Green Meadows Blvd, Streamwood, IL 60107). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
