He was predeceased by: his parents, Nate Beals and Lela Beals (Augenstein). He is survived by: his wife Gladys Beals of Stewardson; and his children, Vickie Beals of Stewardson, Mike Beals (Teresa) of Stewardson, Tim Beals (Susan) of Strasburg, Jim Beals (Sandi) of Charleston and Christy Molzen (Reid) of Sullivan. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
