She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Dale Koontz and Wilma F. Brandt; her father-in-law Martin; and her siblings, Jim Koontz, Dale Koontz Jr, Howard Koontz, Dwane Koontz, Margaret Allsop (Dale) and Marilyn Koontz.
She is survived by: her husband Richard G. Doehring; her siblings, John Koontz (Lillias) of Midwest City, OK and Maxine Mayberry (Zane) of Shumway, IL; her sisters-in-law, Nelda Koontz, Arlene Koontz, Nancy Koontz and Wanda Koontz; her daughters, Debbie Bushur (Gerard) of Sigel, IL and Tammy Culler of Stewardson, IL; her grandchildren, Jill Wells (Corey) of Shelbyville, IL, Kelly McCollegan (Sean) of Columbia, MO, Phillip Culler (Mary) of Westchester, PA, Devin Hammer of Clinton, WI, Darcie Buening (Brennan) of Effingham, IL and Jeremy Boehm of Sigel, IL; and her great grandchildren, Kaeden O'Connor, Ethan, Chase, Colin Wells, Cal McCollegan, Morgana Culler, Eli Wells and Malcolm Culler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Arlene's name to the Alzheimer's and Dementia Association.
