He was predeceased by: his father Adel; and his grandparents, George and Elizabeth Lindquist. He is survived by: his wife Krista; his children, Mason, Hannah, Caroline and Linda Newlin (Ethan); his mother Mary; and his siblings, Aaron and Elizabeth.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Schilling Funeral Home (702 1st Ave, Sterling, IL 61081). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery (416 S Dement Ave, Dixon, IL 61021).
