William Winkelman Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Winkelman of Steeleville, Illinois, born in Murphysboro, Illinois, who passed away on May 19, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustau Winkelman and Laura Perry Winkelman; his wife Bernice Doyle Reitz; his daughter Diana Farley; and his son-in-law Gary Hunt.
He is survived by: his children, Dan Reitz (Joyce) of Steeleville, Rich Reitz (Kelly) of Steeleville, Glenda Reitz of Percy, Darryl Winkelman (Phyllis) of Steeleville and Cheryl Haberberger of Chester; and his son-in-law Gary Farley of Kansas City, KS. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
Due to executive order, face masks must be worn, and social guidelines must be followed.
