With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Logan Michael Cotner of Springfield, Illinois, born in Medford, Oregon, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 1, 2024 at the age of 43. He was predeceased by: his parents, David M. Cotner and Cheryl Lee McKay Cotner; his sister Tamara Renee Hansen; and his pet Casper. He is survived by: his siblings, Lola Peck (Greg) of Pompano, FL, Paula Barry of Decatur, IL, David Cotner of Lakeland, FL and Robert Hansen (Shannon) of Springfield; his friend Stephen Musick of Springfield, IL; his nieces and nephews, Anna, Ryan and Evan Hansen; his great-niece Tessleigh; and his pets, Chloe and Pepper.
