He is survived by: his daughter Catherine Black (Jeffrey) of Springfield; his grandchildren, Charles Black and Jesse Black; his sister Penny Morrison of Houston, TX; his nephew Luther Morrison; and his close friend Arnie Imrem. He is also survived by several cousins and second cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and Rock the Vote.
