He was predeceased by: his parents, Crescencio Rios and Manuela Rios (Siqueiros); his son Gregg; his siblings, Joe Gutierrez, Gregg Rios, Rudy Lopez and Ramona Iwanicki; and his son-in-law Derrick "Pete" Carter.
He is survived by: his girlfriend June Bankes of LaSalle; his children, Louis Rios (Jessica) of Cherry Valley, IL, Mark Rios of LaSalle, Craig Rios (Rhonda) of Lincoln, IL, Cathy Rios Carter of Peru and Cheryl Rios of DePue; his grandchildren, Andrea Rios-Aber, Rhiannon Espinoza, Sophia Rios, Makade Rios and Louis "Johnny" Rios III; and his brothers, Lupe Rios (Mary Lou) of Phoenix, AZ and Jesus Rios (Diane) of Davenport, IA..
Due to the pandemic, the family is kindly asking to limit those who wish to attend to only immediate family and close friends.
