He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Chorzempa and Julia Mae Chorzempa (Bach); and his sister Susan Krolak. He is survived by: his sisters, Janice Wagner (Fred) of Freeport, Linda Buchanan (James) of Willow, Alaska and Mary Ann Halberg of Spring Valley.
