He is survived by: his wife Christine Waddle; his son Timothy Ohlwein of Lindenhurst, IL; his siblings, David Ohlwein (Louise) of Hendersonville, IL, Scott Ohlwein (Laura) of Debary, FL and Lisa Mischke (Greg) of Broomfield, CO; his mother-in-law Nancy Waddle of Seminole, FL; and his brother-in-law Mike Waddle of Mundelein, IL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Red Cross 2200 W. Harrison St. Chicago, IL 60612 are appreciated in Tom's memory, for all of their efforts towards Tom's blood transfusions.
