We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2023, at the age of 100, Belle M. Gavzer (Skokie, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Meyer Gavzer; her children, Charles Gavzer (Elizabeth) and Laura Schwartz (Mark); her grandchildren, Traci Kantowski (Mike), Rachael Garay, Casey Schwartz, Nathan Gavzer (Jessica), Matthew Popovic (Karen) and Amy Dewane (Tim); her great grandchildren, Ethan, Laila, Evan, Mia, Meyer, Addison, Cormac, Mitchel and Max; and her sibling Lee Dosick (Abe). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers contributions in Belle's name to Congregation Bene Shalom-Hebrew Association of the Deaf http://www.beneshalom.org would be appreciated.
