She was predeceased by: her parents, Eli B Wisehart and Dorothy L. Krosch Wisehart; her husband Lloyd Phelps; her son Lloyd W. Phelps; and her sisters, Alma, Marjorie and Janet.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Dieterich (Jim) of Silvis, Luann Bunker (Frank) of Rapids City and Lorie DeCastecker of Coal Valley; and her grandchildren, Kristi Dieterich, Mandi Lluvias, Todd Dieterich (Beth), Brian Bunker (Tasia), Karen Skolmoski (Mike), Josh DeCastecker (Melissa), Brianne DeCastecker and Meghan Schulze (Aaron). She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
