She is survived by: her sons, Gary Cook of Petersburg, WI and Rick Cook (Marsha) of Shannon; her grandchildren, Mike Cook, Matt Cook, Mark Cook (Sheila), Marty Cook (Jenny), Lisa Disher (Tom), Jeff Cook (Melissa Foster) and Rick Cook (Kari); and her great grandchildren, Johnny Cook, Riley Cook, Skyler Barncord, Caden Shurman, Bryce Cook and Aubree Cook.
