He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Israel Ritz and Sima Cyrlin Ritz; his wife Clarette (Networker); his children, Sivan (Sam), Ithamar, Hadas (Irina) and Eithan; his grandchildren, Shiri, Benjamin and Ella; and his brother Moti (Yudit).
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Ritz Family Nursing Scholarship c/o the Carle Center for Philanthropy or the Eastern Illinois Foodbank.
