We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2020, at the age of 78, Leslie B. Franklin (Savoy, Illinois), born in Bloomington, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Franklin and Elsie Tarter Franklin; and his brother Lynn P. Franklin. He is survived by: his wife Linda Peck; his children, Kathy Franklin Borngasser, Jeff Franklin (Julie) and E. Jay Franklin; his sisters, Ranella Wills and Elaine Duffner; and his sister-in-law Mary Jane Franklin. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
