He is survived by: his children, Penny Wagoner of Clinton, Patty McCrary (Mike) and Rodney Proud II of Clinton; and his brothers, Anthony "Tony" Proud of Philippians and Frank Proud (Mary) of Clinton. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren; with many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
