With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas D. Hamm (Savanna, Illinois), born in Union, Illinois, who passed away on March 6, 2020 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hamm and Edith Hamm (McDonald); his wife Genevieve L. Howell-Inman; his children, Jacqueline, Josephine Hamm and Robert Lee Hamm; and his siblings, Cora McGinnis, William "Boots" Hamm, Francis "Pete" Hamm, Melvin Hamm and Carl Hamm.
He is survived by: his daughters, Peggy Dersham of Thomson, IL and Dianna Griebel (Daniel) of Camanche, IA; his stepchildren, John Frank Inman of Tennessee, Charles Inman (Mashelle) of Morrison, IL and Francis Pruitt (Jimmie) of Tennessee; and his sisters, Betty Dellinger (Del) of Missouri, Clara Bauer of Wacker, IL, Shirley Rieland of Clinton, IA and Paulette Hamilton of Charlotte, IA.. He is also survived by many grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
