Wade (Betty) of Phoenix, AZ and Karie Sullens; his sisters, Lexie Sullens of Indiana and Kala Sullens; his nephew Ian Clasper; his nieces, Mya and Ambria; and his grandparents, Shirley Coffey of Salem, IL. and Robert "Brian" Coffey.
