He is survived by: his wife Debbi Smith; his son Corey; his daughter-in-law Jessica Smith; his daughter Jessica DeGennaro; his grandson Brody DeGennaro; his brothers, Jim Smith and Mike Smith; his stepmother Jan Smith; his stepsister Elicia Slate-Mont; and also Tom Smith.
